The apartment is well stocked & perfect to use as a base to stay in a quiet south Liverpool suburb. The space Entire fully fitted 1 bedroom apartment. The main open plan kitchen/living area benefits from a comfortable three seater couch (which folds into a double sofa bed) & armchair, a flat screen TV (with Virgin Media and NETFLIX) and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave and all utensils and pots and pans etc for cooking at home. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to ask. There is also a LIDL & ASDA Supermarket a few minutes away! The fully furnished Master Bedroom benefits from a comfortable king size bed. Main bathroom with a bath & shower - shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and shower gel are all provided as well as thick, fluffy cotton towels. Guest access The apartment is private and gives access to a peaceful courtyard in front of the chapel with outdoor seating in the porch area. Other things to note -Apartment is in a residential building and thus we expect respect for our neighbours and strictly no unannounced guests and excessive noise between 22:00-08:00 -Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. Check in/out time can be negotiable depending on whether we have guests leaving or arriving that day. -The external gate must always be kept closed. Towels & Linen - We provide all fresh bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) & Towels. -Apt is pet friendly although we kindly ask that they be house trained and kept off of the furniture & bed.
