The space Main Space Sleeping Area: A comfortable large bed on the main floor plus a cozy loft that fits 1–4 people — perfect for families or small groups. Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need to cook simple meals. Dining Area: A small nook with large windows that bring in natural light and views of the garden. Loft: Accessible by ladder, the loft offers extra sleeping space for up to three guests — great for kids or friends. The Property This is a cozy, old lake house surrounded by nature. Please don’t expect perfection — it’s rustic, lived-in, and full of character. The property sits at An den Bänken on the edge of Müggelsee Lake, connected by a private bridge over a small river. Private dock for swimming and watching swans, geese, herons, ducks, swallows, bats, and even otters. A wild garden with roses, trees, and colorful flowers. The property is shared with a few other houses, but there’s still plenty of space and privacy. Sauna is available - right in front of the lake - to jump straight to the water after heating up. Activities On the Water: SUPs, rowing boats, pedal boats, and canoes (please secure after use). Explore Müggelsee Lake: Windsurfing, waterskiing, and other water fun nearby. Family & Hiking: Trails around the lake and a children’s playground at the back of the property. Local Flavors: Paddle 5 minutes to Berlin’s last fisherman for smoked fish and salads.
