The space The village house is located in a quiet area and is adjacent to the owners' house. You can enjoy a pleasant little garden with views of the mountains to the east and a relaxation area with a private Norwegian wood-fired hot tub to the west. Spacious house with all the comforts for a pleasant stay: wood stove, foosball, private parking, equipped kitchen, private garden. - Kitchen / Living Room: The cozy living room consists of a dining area, a sitting area with a beautiful wood-burning stove, a sleeping area with a double sofa bed, and a kitchen. Our large, fully equipped kitchen is ready to welcome your culinary talents, and the view of the majestic surrounding mountains offers a spectacular backdrop to your stay. - Bedrooms: Ideal for 8 guests, the house can accommodate up to 10 adults. The house has 3 bathrooms and: - 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one with an en-suite bathroom) - 2 bedrooms with a double bed + an extra bed In summer, the lake and the first beaches are a 7-minute drive from the house. In winter, the Feclaz ski resort is a 30-minute drive, the Sire ski resort is a 40-minute drive and the 7 Laux ski resort is an hour away. The Bauges massif, located 7 minutes by car from the house, is an ideal playground for breathtaking hikes. Guest access By car, the accommodation is 15 minutes from Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains train stations and 1 hour from Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport and 50 minutes from Geneva Airport. Ideally located 5 minutes from the highway exit.
