Air-conditioned rooms with mosquito screens on the windows. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. As it is a residential/family building, we cannot have noise (sound, shouting, etc.) that bothers the neighbors. Other things to note The apartment is not suitable for those who like loud sounds and noise. I have important information you need to know, the elevator only goes to the third floor, to get to the apartment you need to climb two flights of stairs (see photos).
