Comfortable double room in a lovely home 20 min walk from Selly Oak Station, QE Hospital and Uni. of Birmingham, for short and long stays. Room- Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, study desk, desk and floor lamps. Separate bathroom for guests. Kitchen- kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge and shelf space. Breakfast - cereal, milk, tea/ coffee. To ensure guests have a good nights rest, we practise quiet hours from 10pm to 7.30am and keep the bedroom at 18-20 degrees. The space Guests have a separate bathroom next to their room. Guests will also have access to the kitchen and dining area in the ground floor. Guests are allocated 1 shelf inside the fridge and 1 shelf in the cabinet for dry storage. Guests are requested to bring their own house slippers or indoor socks, as footwear worn outside is not permitted to be worn inside the house and be left in the porch instead. The property is protected by security cameras outside. I also have an absolutely large garden in the back. Guest access Guessing will be provided with a set of keys for the main door and their bedroom. The house/ neighbourhood is very relaxing and has quiet hours from 10pm to 7.30am. Ideal for students, working professionals and visitors alike. During your stay I have been hosting airbnb guests from several countries for 10+ years. After some exciting renovations to my home, I’m back to hosting and look forward to meeting guests. I work from home and am available for any questions/ help needed by the guests.
