With lake views, the apartment you rent, in this historic farm, has a great character. It has been renovated with beautiful materials combining old world charm and modern comfort. It is also an ideal base from which to discover a multitude of regional natural treasures such as the Creux du Van or the Gorges de l'Areuse The space Spacious single-story apartment (about 80 m²) with entrance and independent terrace. This accommodation opens onto a small hall leading to an open kitchen, extended by a friendly dining room and a living room. It is also composed of two independent sleeping areas: a master bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. - 2 bedrooms - 1 living room - 1 modern, open and fully equipped kitchen - 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower - a washing column (washing machine and dryer) - 1 trampoline - 1 terrace in front of the house with dining area - a fountain - green exteriors On request: baby-björn baby bed and child chair(s). Guest access Guests can enjoy a peaceful and green setting, with a private garden, a forest just a stone's throw away, and shaded dining areas under the trees. It's a great place to relax, read, share an outdoor meal, or just listen to the birds sing. Other things to note We are a family of four, with two children aged 4 and 6. Our warm and lively home is designed to accommodate family life and offers indoor and outdoor play areas. You will find a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, whether you are alone or with others.
