Family room with a mountain view

Spacious and private family room on the second floor of a beautiful country cottage. It as a nice view of the next farm and the mountain range in the distance and has plenty of light. It can easily accommodate 4 grown ups on 1 queen size bed and 2 single bed as well as having one baby cot. Plenty of space for luggage and other things as well as containing a chair and wardrobe. Very close to many iconic national sites and just a few minutes' drive from the main ring road. The space The house is pretty and classically designed, with two floors, an open-plan kitchen and a large living room on the first floor, a main bathroom, and a small washroom at the back with an extra toilet. The property has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the first floor and 3 on the second. The second floor also has a small tv lounge. Guest access On the first floor, you have access to a communal kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower which is shared with other guests. A washing machine is also available and an extra toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for cooking, a stove, oven, microwave oven, large fridge and pots and pans as well as tableware. A large veranda surrounds most of the property which everyone has access to. Those who want to take advantage, we have a small table and two chairs you can take out to enjoy the good weather. During your stay If you need any assistance during the stay, we are just next door on the next farm. Feel free to send us a message and we can do what we can. Other things to note All guests can take advantage of the wifi connection we have in the house as well as the tv room. There is also an old dvd player and a few movies. The house also has a vacuum cleaner and everything you would need to clean up. We try to keep the price low so any help with cleaning up is appreciated. We really value things being kept tidy.
