It is a Cond. de chácaras, 300 m from the city center, where we have the tranquility that nature provides us and at the same time the proximity to the city center, which makes shopping possible. Perfect! You'll love it! The space My space is a unique place. The ambiance and decoration in the Provencal style were designed to make you feel at home, in a farm environment, quiet, and to renew your energies to face the daily rush that modern life provides us. The kitchen is 100% equipped, with everything you need to prepare from a caipirinha or cafe to a whole family lunch. There is also an outdoor shower for you to cool off on very hot days. Gourmet area space with barbecue. 4 m diameter structural pool, 0.80 m high, 7,000 l water. All rooms have furniture to accommodate your clothes and personal belongings. The living room, two rooms, with a fireplace, has 54 m2 so you can socialize without worry of space. The suite is large and has access to a private winter garden so that you can, if you wish, sleep with the door open in complete safety. We have accommodation (in beds) for 5 people, 1 single mattress, 1 double mattress, which can be placed in the living room or bedrooms, totaling 8 beds. * If the number of guests exceeds 12 people, the others must bring mattresses and pillows. Note: only the external storage room of the house, the office, the pantry and the dining room furniture will be closed at all times (where collections and work materials are stored). All utensils are in the kitchen. Guest access The entire house (with the exception of the external storage, office, dispensing and the furniture of the dining room that will remain closed during the stay) is at your disposal so that you can enjoy all the comfort it offers. Loud sound is not allowed, according to the condominium's statute and applicable law. We don't allow smoking inside the residence.
