You'll access the suite from a private patio, that leads into a generously sized bedroom complete with a warm fireplace and wall to wall library of books. Also, enjoy the comfort of two full baths. The large Family Room, features a 52" flat-screen TV with surround sound, quality custom furniture, and a collection of puzzles and board games. For your business needs, we’ve included an all-in-one printer and essential office supplies. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for use, featuring a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and a Keurig coffee center. We’ve also included a large griddle and a full set of pots and pans for your cooking needs. Enjoy the home gym with treadmill, stationary bike, weight bench and dumbbells. Plus, a ballet bar with a large wall-mounted mirror, and a second large screen TV. Enjoy your own private entrance and a fully furnished patio with a BBQ—perfect for outdoor dining—all overlooking a spacious, grassy backyard. Nestled in the scenic Eaglewood Golf Community, our home is located in North Salt Lake—a charming bedroom community offering stunning views of both the mountains and valley. Just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and the airport, it's also within walking distance to the Eaglewood clubhouse. Guest access The entire 2300 square foot, private lower level is yours to enjoy. Follow the stepping stone path through the side yard to your private walk-out entrance at the rear of the home. Although not steep, there is a mild incline to the stepping stone path as you transition from the main level to the lower level where your suite is located. You'll enter the space through one of the bedrooms. You'll have access to one garage space and one driveway space for parking--a plus during snowy winter weather, or hot summer days. High speed wireless internet, an all-in-one printer, plus essential office supplies are available for your use. We have a large, grassy backyard and a furnished patio with BBQ right outside your entrance door. Enjoy! When it's wet outside, we ask that guests remove their shoes on the patio before entering the home.
