Although there isn't a range, we have provided a counter top convection oven, 2-burner hot plate, large griddle and pots & pans. Enjoy the home gym with treadmill, stationary bike, weight bench and dumbbells. A ballet bar with a large, wall-mounted mirror, and Roku streaming on the large screen TV round out our home gym. You'll love the private entrance and furnished patio with BBQ for outdoor meals, as well as a beautiful, large backyard. It’s convenient to the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. The entire 2300 square foot, private lower level is yours to enjoy. Follow the stepping stone path through the side yard to your private entrance at the rear of the home. Although not steep, there is a bit of an incline to this path as you transition from the ground level to the lower level. You'll enter the space through one of the bedrooms. One garage space and one driveway space is available for parking--a huge plus during snowy, winter or hot, summer days! High speed wireless internet is available for your use. We have a large, grassy backyard and furnished patio with BBQ right outside your entrance door. Enjoy! Your space is completely private with a separate entrance. Ron and Stacy live upstairs with our husky mix, Sadie. Both work primarily from home. So we're easily available to answer your questions and share information about the beautiful Salt Lake Valley as needed. Our neighborhood is surrounded by the Eaglewood Golf Course and the beautiful foothills of North Salt Lake. It's a quiet, residential neighborhood with the golf course club house within walking distance. Easy access to local biking and hiking trails. Perfect quiet location! Quick access to Interstate 15 and 215. We have a Keurig coffee maker and a selection of coffee and tea. A neighborhood Grocery store, shopping and laundromat are just ten minutes away.
