The location offers accessible parking and is within walking distance to shops, cafes, and bars, while remaining peaceful. The apartment features two separate bedrooms and a living room with a convertible sofa. It is fully equipped for longer family stays or business trips and is easily accessible by all forms of public transportation. The space The apartment includes a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed, and a living room with a spacious convertible sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Each room, including the living room, has its own door that can be closed, allowing the apartment to be used as three separate bedrooms. It also features a separate bathroom, a WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with all essential amenities. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire apartment during your stay. Other things to note We collect a refundable damage deposit of €200 electronically as part of the online pre-check-in process. The deposit is held through a third-party platform approved by Airbnb. This amount is not charged but temporarily held on the guest’s account. If no damage is found and the house rules have been followed, the hold is automatically released three days after checkout.
