Welcome to Serendipity!! The place offers a cozy studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen space, personal washroom and a spacious patio to wind down and relax. It comes with access to the in-house shared swimming pool and restaurant. Arambol beach is just 1 kms away with a walkable distance of 5 mins. The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests with a dedicated workspace, high-speed WiFi, a geyser for hot showers, refrigerator and all things necessary to make your stay comfortable. Other things to note ~ Housekeeping & Cleaning ~ Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay. They can choose between 11 AM to 1 PM or 3 PM to 5 PM to get their housekeeping done. We would also insist that the guests stay in the apartment during the housekeeping job. Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Towels are replaced with fresh sets everyday upon request. Bed linen are changed once in three days. ~ In-house Restaurant ~ The apartment complex has in-house poolside restaurant with a wide range of menu items which can be ordered-in or enjoyed relaxing by the pool. ~ Taxi & Vehicle Rentals ~ Taxi services to & from the airport or railway station, or those looking to hire two wheelers & four wheelers during your stay, are provided on extra charges upon request.
