If you are looking for a family atmosphere, downtown, quiet, safe, close to clinics, hospitals, shopping malls, universities and commerce in general, you have found it. The minimalist flat has: BEDROOM-double bed, foam mattress, Samsung 32-inch smartwatch TV, air conditioning, comfortable and large window; KITCHEN-minibar, microwave, cutlery, glasses, cups, dishes, sink, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and refractories. NOTE: there is no stove; DINING ROOM-2 chairs, glass table; BATHROOM; GARAGE 5.15 m long. Other things to note RULES OF GOOD COEXISTENCE: 1- when leaving, turn off lights and air conditioning, because energy here is quite expensive; 1.2- if you leave and leave the air conditioning on, you will be informed to airbnb and charged a fee of $50.00 reais, for each equipment connected; 2- collect garbage daily and place in front of the building where there is a trash can until 8 pm; 3- do not transit in the common area without a shirt; 4- use ambient sound; 5-keep the doors always closed to access the condominium; 6- if you break something, inform in advance before the checkout; 7-after the checkin, declare that the apartment meets the need in writing on the airbnb platform and if you silence it, it is understood that the apartment meets the need; 8-deliver the apartment organized as received; 9- if you leave before the scheduled check-out, inform us in advance; 10- if there is any problem with the check-in, inform us in advance so that I can schedule and better serve you; 11- when checking in, present your ID; 12- if you cannot attend the check-in and/or check-out, indicate on the Airbnb platform who will be the person responsible; 12.1- only the person responsible or the person indicated by him/her can check-in or check-out; 13- no smoking; 14- pets are allowed as long as you inform Airbnb! 15- if you arrive before the agreed time, I will not be able to be present because I am on duty, so I hope you understand. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1- before contracting with Airbnb, check the photos of the apartment (a photo is worth a thousand words) if it meets your needs or if you want to contact the host to clarify any questions; 2- we do not charge for the linen fee (pillow with pillowcase, mattress cover, sheet to cover the mattress, sheet to cover yourself and bath towel), BUT for the replacement of another piece, each unit will cost R$ 10.00 reais that must be paid before receiving directly through the platform.
