Private Pool Condominium Morada da Praia

Totally private space with pool and barbecue area. Our space is simple but cozy. Located within the Morada da Praia condominium in Boracéia - Bertioga (15 km from Riviera de São Lourenço). Safe condominium with: Recreation Center, Lake, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Ice Cream Shop, Restaurant, Food Truck Space and much more! We have a room with 7 beds, kitchen utensils and appliances, plus some beach chairs and umbrellas :) Bring your hammocks to relax! The space Our simple and cozy house is totally private and is located approximately 1.5 km from the beach access. Located after the shopping center and before the condominium lake, a strategic location and close to everything. In front of the house there is a fully decorated cottage! This cottage is decorated by my mother Maria, and it's her hobby. The chalet is locked at all times during your stay, but you can take and abuse the photos :) Bring your hammocks, we have hooks available for two, in the outside space. *Pay attention to the Property Rules. Other things to note The house is located 1.5 km from the internal access of the Morada da Praia condominium to Boracéia beach (after the shopping center and before the lake). The condominium offers a free shuttle bus to the beach and also parking near the beach. Our space is simple but cozy! We are waiting for you!
