Its inner courtyard, a haven of tranquility, connects the main house and its outbuilding. Everything is designed for outdoor living: a cozy dining area for leisurely lunches and inviting terraces for your aperitifs. Nestled between the century-old wisteria and the walls of the former rectory, the enclosed garden offers absolute tranquility, complemented by the private swimming pool in summer and the Nordic bath in winter. This house, located in Jourgnac, a small village in Haute-Vienne, adjoins the Castle and is a few minutes from the Dordogne, 15 minutes from Limoges, 40 minutes from Lac de Saint Pardoux, 1h from Brive-la-gaillarde, 1h15 from Périgueux and Lac de Vassivière, 1h30 from Sarlat..... 240 m² main house over 3 levels. On the main floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a half bath. On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: one queen bed (140 × 200 cm) Bedroom 2, children: two single beds (one 100 x 200 cm and one 90 x 200 cm) Bedroom 3: one double bed (140 x 200) 1 bathroom and 1 toilet On the 2nd floor, there is 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an open-plan bathroom. The outbuilding with 1 floor. On the ground floor is a large living area with an open-plan kitchen and a dining area for 4 people. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). Fully fenced and equipped garden (garden furniture, sun lounger, children's games, etc.): - 9x4 swimming pool, heated and secured by a roller shutter and double alarm, accessible from June to September. - 5 seater Nordic bath available from October to May. Guest access The entire property is accessible: both houses, the courtyard, the garden, and all the leisure amenities. You can enjoy this peaceful atmosphere in complete privacy.
