Well-equipped chalet for up to two people. Visitors are prohibited! Parties allowed for an extra fee and contract. It has air conditioning, LCD SmartTV, wardrobe, minibar, stove and bathroom. It has rustic decor, including bed linens and bath towels. Full kitchen with pots, dishes, utensils and microwave. Common swimming pool with sun loungers. Parking space. Only 900 meters from the beach! We have 2 docile and friendly dogs that are free to roam. The space Well equipped, independent entrance, swimming pool with deep area and wet deck, lots of green area around, safe and quiet neighborhood. The barbecue, wood-burning oven, and pizza oven are not available for use. If the guest wants, we provide a portable charcoal barbecue and a cooler. Guest access Independent entrance for pedestrians, electronic gate for cars. Parking available! Other things to note The house is not prepared for children. We love animals, but we do not accept them because we have 2 large dogs that are not used to other animals. Loud sounds are not allowed, only ambient sound. Automotive sound is not allowed. It is mandatory to send a photo of the documents of the guests. If it is not sent, we will not receive it on our property. We do not make reservation changes less than 3 days before the check-in date. We have a large green area, so there may be mosquitoes.
