The house is situated on Palmerston Blvd., one of the most iconic streets in the Little Italy/Annex neighbourhoods. Famous for its original iron lightposts and century old Silver Maple trees, it was actually Toronto's first gated community a century ago. You will have the entire main floor of our home with your own private entrance and parking. There is also a private back deck, with access to the back yard. We love Toronto and have lived on Palmerston Blvd. for nearly 20 years. We can help get you oriented to the 'hood, help you find great restaurants or any other info you may need while visiting. The Annex/Little Italy is considered one of Toronto's great neighborhoods. Most destinations are within a short walk, and there's a vibrant food scene right on the doorstep. Chinatown, Koreatown, and upscale Yorkville are all nearby. We are close to all forms of TTC (streetcars, subways) for ease of getting around.
