Cozy two-bedroom, one-bath house, with an open kitchen comfortable for cooking and dining in. Newly upgraded bathroom and kitchen, air conditioning, appliances, stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, towels, linens, hot water shower system, and wi-fi. It is comfortable for a couple, or a family up to four people. Our property has three, free-standing houses on it. You will be renting your own private residence, an (approx) 690 sq ft. casita known as "Papaya's Place" tucked at the back of the property for added privacy! The house has a large covered patio to enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing. Both bedrooms have (double) matrimonial size beds (1.90m x 1.35m or 6'3"x 4'5" sleeps two), and air conditioning. The bathroom shower is spacious, and it has an instant hot water system. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. There is laundry service available in town. For convenience, there is a "super" (small grocery) and "panadería" (bakery) next to our property and two larger grocery stores a short walk away. Walk to town, walk to the beach, no car needed! High standard of cleanliness with additional cleaning supplies available for all guests. You will be renting your own house. The space is all yours! We are here for you! The house is located in a residential neighborhood in Samara, and sometimes there are other travelers staying on the property. So, if interested, sometimes there's a shared meal, or an impromptu get-together, or simply an introduction to the door-to-door vendors who are selling fresh fruit or fish that day. But there's almost always a mix of people, cultures, and languages here in the neighborhood. So, if you seek a little immersion to go with your vacation experience, we like to think this is a great place to stay. Or, if you prefer a private vacation experience, that's available too! Both beach and town are a short walk away from the property. Bicycle, motorcycle, or 4 wheel quad rentals are available from local vendors. There are two car rental agencies in town as well as shuttle services and public transportation (including to both international airports). Utilities, WIFI and air conditioning ARE included...... But electricity is very expensive in Costa Rica. ** There will be a charge for excessive use of the air conditioning. Please turn it off when you leave the house. Thank you!
