The Willow Breeze Cabin on the White River, Side B

A beautiful 2 story side by side cabin (duplex) located on the White River. The Willow Breeze Cabin is located directly on the White River at Allison. It's remote enough to feel secluded but yet minutes from the city center in Mtn View. Fully furnished, large manicured lawn leading down to water's edge, expansive back porch with generous Adirondack seating, grill, fire pit. (Note: The entire house can be rented, see additional listing) The space Side B consists of a Downstairs: kitchen, living/dining area, entryway with small desk, & half balf Upstairs: Bedroom 1(king bed), Bedroom 2(1 queen bed, trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses), Full bathroom (tub/shower), & Laundry Room (full-size washer/dryer), & Private balcony off Bedroom 2. Guest access Side B of the duplex(right side of home & driveway). The locked owner/supply closet under the stairs is off-limits to guests and will incur charges for missing items. Other things to note Thank you for considering our cabin on the river. A few tidbits to consider prior to booking. Yes, there can be wild animals, bugs, spiders, and more. We're enjoying the quiet life in their backyards, after all. While that can be eye-opening for some, we find our guests love truly being in nature and all that it can come with. River water levels can also fluctuate depending on the time of year. No refunds will be given in the event you experience this during your stay as this is out of our control as hosts.
