Duplex loft – Saint-Seurin/Gambetta neighborhood

Pleasant and bright (1st floor), this air-conditioned apartment is located in the heart of the Saint-Seurin/Mériadeck district, 350 meters from Place Gambetta and 200 meters from Place des Martyrs. Guests can enjoy free parking (but no reserved space), for one vehicle, throughout the neighborhood (Zone B). The space The living room has two sofas, a TV, several coffee tables, a children's play area, a table for four people, a bar and a desk. The functional (Bulthaup) and well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) can accommodate six guests. In the night part of the ground floor, a dressing room distributes a bedroom with a mid-height bed (90 x 200 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom (large shower, washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, an attic bedroom (very low ceiling) has two mattresses (which can form a 140 cm bed), a small shower and a sink. It is in this room that the (noisy!) air conditioning motor is located. It must therefore be turned off when it is occupied (or sleep with earplugs...). However, the building is well insulated and daytime air conditioning is sufficient to keep the space cool at night. It is possible to add a mattress to a place or a baby bed in the children's room or upstairs. The apartment is non-smoking, but a small flowered balcony allows you to indulge in this activity. As this place is the residence of a collector of design from the Trente Glorieuses, the furniture is often renewed and is not identical to that of the photographs published in this ad. As this is a family home, rented occasionally, some personal belongings remain on site, especially in the dressing room. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance, isolated from the living rooms, accessible from the street. Other things to note We can prepare the place according to guests' needs. For small children, we offer a travel cot, stair gate, bottle, high chair, books (in French) and toys, and we free up space to store a stroller (in the entrance). For young children, we will select some board games, toys or drawing materials. To take advantage of free street parking, you must tell us your vehicle's license plate number.
