The space All 3 bedrooms have a tatami floor, and most of the beds are Japanese-style futon. There is 1 bedroom on the 1st floor, and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Bedroom #1 This guest room on the 1st floor has 2 Japanese-style beds. It fits 2 people. Bedroom #2 This guest room on the 2nd floor has 3 Japanese-style beds. It fits 3 people. Bedroom #3 This guest room on the 2nd floor has 1 western style bed, and 1 Japanese style bed. It fits 2 people. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Room You are free to use the microwave, IC stove, hot water kettle, and fridge. Feel free to borrow a book from the bookshelf, but please return it before you leave. The Shower/Washer Room You can use this space to hang up your ski/snowboarding gloves and any items that you would like to dry. When showering, you will need to turn on the hot water beforehand. The hot water takes a minute or two to heat up and then when it beeps, it is ready to be used. Parking In the winter months, guests may use the covered garage opposite the house. Clearance is 185cm. Guest access Guests have full access to the property during their stay. The host maintains the grounds at the following times: 5 to 6am snow shoveling and breakfast delivery, and 10 AM to 12:00 PM for routine maintenance, cleaning, and appliance checks to ensure everything is functioning optimally for your comfort. Outside of these designated times, guests enjoy privacy and undisturbed use of all amenities. ※The hosts' living space is in the same building, but it is an independent apartment. Other things to note Dryer Use: The washing machine and dryer is available for 100 yen per use. If you'd like to use it, just let us know and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you. Fridge & Freezer Items: The refrigerator and freezer are stocked with pizza, other freezer meals, and a selection of beverages for your convenience. A price list is posted on the fridge.
