This is a standalone house located just a 30-second walk from the Akikawa Bridge River Park BBQ Land. The guest room is a 11.5-tatami-mat bedroom on the 2nd floor. It features one semi-double bed, and the room can accommodate an additional four single futons, allowing a total of five guests to stay. The kitchen and dining area retain the nostalgic atmosphere of the Showa era. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and rice cooker. Dinnerware is available for your use. The space The guest room is a 11.5-tatami-mat bedroom on the second floor. It has one semi-double bed. The same room can accommodate up to four guests by laying out three sets of single futons. The kitchen and dining area retain the atmosphere of the Showa era. Feel free to use the dishes. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and more. There is also a washing machine near the back entrance. We are currently decluttering and plan to add more rooms available for stays in the future. Guest access We are currently decluttering, so the spaces available for guests are ・1st floor kitchen ・1st floor bathroom and toilet ・2nd floor 11.5 tatami mat bedroom. Please refrain from entering other rooms as they are currently being tidied up. Other things to note To all visitors of Akikawa Bridge River Park Barbecue Land Closed every Tuesday, except during summer vacation (if Tuesday is a national holiday, the park will be closed on Wednesday) and year-end and New Year holidays 🔥 About barbecue equipment and fuel Please refrain from bringing your own barbecue grills, charcoal, firewood, gas, or other fuel. All cooking utensils are rental items and must be returned without washing (washing them in the river may contaminate the water, and you may be held responsible). These items and fuel are available for rental or purchase on-site, so please use them as needed. 🥩 About bringing your own food You may bring your own food, seasonings, drinks, tableware, and small items such as knives. Please also bring your own lighters, tables, and chairs. 🏠 Consideration for neighbors * Fireworks are prohibited within the BBQ park. The area surrounding the park is a residential area. After sunset, please keep noise levels low during your stay and ensure that loud noises or disturbances do not disturb others (e.g., by closing windows).
