Welcome to Cozy Suite with Private Entrance, near Opalia Plaza! 🍔 5 min walk to McD, KFC, Bus Stop 🛒 7 min walk to Woolworths, Sushi, Gym, Laundromat etc 🚌 9 min bus ride to Melton train station 🚄 45 min direct train to CBD SC Station (from Melton station) 🚘 50+ min drive to Airport or CBD Your Private Entrance leads straight to your Cozy Suite. Although attached to the main house, Cozy Suite is separated for your full privacy and enjoyment (you may still hear us in the house though). The space Please note there will be no access to kitchen and washer however Cozy Suite is equipped with a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave and kettle) for you to enjoy simple meals, and there is a nearby laundromat at Opalia Plaza for around $5-15 per wash and dry. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Split system Air Con/Heater may be provided at extra cost, please enquire before booking if you need. Fin oil heater and standing fan usage are included in the price, please turn it off when you're not in. House is near the main street so there will be some traffic noise but minimal at night. You may also hear us in the house as the sound proofing isn't great. If you're driving, please add at least 15 mins to your journey during rush hours.
