We are nestled within the North Texas farmlands, so you will see plenty of cows, horses, goats, and chickens on your drive here! Our home is less than a mile off one of the major highways in Leonard (Hwy 78). Our road is a county road, which is a city-maintained gravel road. The property is 27 acres total. Our personal family home is at the front of the acreage (front 11 acres), and Sunset Chalet is at the back of the property (back 16 acres).
