The space 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen + twin trundle) 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite with double vanity, one with tub/shower & laundry) Spacious kitchen with massive island Open-concept living/dining room with recliners and two leather sofas Oceanfront deck with 4 chairs and 2 loungers BBQ grill with propane Private beach walk path over the dune Shaded ground-level picnic area Outdoor shower (hot/cold) Cabinet with beach gear (boards, toys, chairs) Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, oceanfront deck, private beach walk path, ground-level picnic area, and outdoor shower. Entry is simple and contactless with a smart lock — you’ll receive a unique code just for your stay. A locked outdoor storage cabinet is available for guest use and is stocked with beach gear including boogie boards, toys, and chairs. Please note: One interior closet is locked and not accessible to guests, as it contains owner’s supplies and personal items. Other things to note We keep things simple so you can relax. Just a few house rules to help everyone enjoy their time: No smoking inside the home If smoking outside, please dispose of all litter properly and avoid any damage to the property No pets No parties or events Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM — please be mindful of our neighbors Rinse off at the outdoor shower to help keep sand outside Take care of the space as you would your own
