Hood—a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at sunset. 🏙 Prime Location 🏙 Conveniently situated near top restaurants, boutique shops, and outdoor adventures, you’ll have everything you need just steps away. This suite is located in the north building on the penthouse level. It has a kitchenette and all the other amenities that you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home! There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. Check in time 4:00pm Check out time 10:00am Parking is located under our south building. There is also 24-hour, free street parking. Additionally, there is a small city parking lot across the street that is also free of charge. We want to remind you that there are no staff onsite. But we are always available if you send us an email. Pet-Friendly Stays at The Iconica We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at The Iconica! To help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we charge a $50 pet fee for additional cleaning. ✔ Pet-Friendly Suites: We typically accommodate pets in Suites 1, 2, and 4. If those are unavailable, you’re welcome to book another suite, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pet. ✔ Leaving Your Pet Unattended? If you plan to attend an event and need to leave your dog behind, please ensure they remain quiet and comfortable in your absence. Excessive barking or noise disturbances may result in a $200 fee. ✔ Breed Restrictions: For the comfort and safety of all guests, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not permitted.
