In a small peaceful hamlet in Bricquebec en Cotentin, cottage"Les Tilleuls", family home since the 1930s and former farmhouse that can accommodate 6 people is located 3.5 km from the small town of character with its medieval castle and shops. The Cotentin is located in Normandy, where you will find the landing beaches, Sainte-Mère Église, Cherbourg, and the magnificent coasts of La Hague. The seaside town of Barneville-Carteret, Barfleur, Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue... The space House from the 1700s completely renovated in 2025, facing south. On the ground floor you will find the entrance with a stone staircase, a large dining room and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet, small living room with fireplace (non-functional) that can serve as a room for teleworking or a bedroom thanks to the sofa bed. One bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, duvet and pillows A bedroom with two small beds in 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Upstairs toilet and sink The beds will be made for your arrival and dish towels provided. Please bring your own towels. Cleaning is included in the price. OUTDOORS: In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, a small avenue of linden trees will lead you to the house. Lawn and courtyard in the front with garden furniture, a large courtyard in the back with a barbecue fireplace. Guest access Large courtyard for parking. Other things to note There are many places to visit. Our geographical position is in the middle of the Cotentin and allows for a wide variety of visits and landscapes, both inland and on the coast. For animals, we allow one dog but we do not allow cats.
