Relax and enjoy the beauty of Vancouver Island at this tranquil guest suite located in Royal Bay. The suite has its own, private entrance through the backyard and is walking distance to the beach, Starbucks, grocery store, and eateries. We are also located near incredible hiking trails with amazing views, and we are just an easy, 20 minute drive to the heart of downtown Victoria. The space This is a one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a livingroom area with a dinette, small dining table, and a full bathroom with a bathtub located in the basement of our home. The livingroom has a queen-sized murphy bed to accommodate 2 more guests, and we do have another queen-sized air matress we can inflate upon request. The suite has a large screen television, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests can park in front of the house or in the driveway and walk through the backyard and down the stairs to have private access. There are fast EV charging stations walking distance to our home, or if you want to plug in for a night in the driveway, we can work something out! The backyard has seating and a dining table. Bringing your dog or dogs is negotiable (by emailing us in advance of your arrival) if they are kept out of the carpeted bedroom and are walked in the surrounding neighborhood as they are not permitted to mark or go in the garden as this is a food growing area. Guest access Guests can park either on the street, in the parking spaces just in front of the house, or on the left side of the driveway. The suite can be accessed by going through the backyard gate and taking the stone path to the stairs that lead down to the private entrance.
