Enjoy a wonderful stay at this duplex modelled after 1920's Miami tropical deco. Location is pet friendly, with a spare lot for visitors to relax and pets to enjoy. Easy walking distance from Toledo Hospital, Gino's Pizza, The Beirut, Pizza Cat and Chessie Trail. The University of Toledo is 1 mile away and Ottawa Park is within 2 blocks. EXCELLENT HEAT, brand new furnace installed this fall! Well equipped for both business and gaming, video watching, fast internet, with free parking as well. The space The apartment is spacious, and the size of a small house at 1,100 square feet; it can easily accommodate a family. Only the entranceway is common space. There are two main entrances: 1 through the living room and 1 through the kitchen. The living room has an ornamental fireplace with a tv stand next to it. The kitchen has plenty of cooking basics: regular pots and pans, cast iron and copper pots and pans as well. Both the kitchen and living room connect to the dining room, which is currently set up as a game room with arcade games and a golf trainer. The dining room leads to a short hallway with the small bedroom on the left and master bedroom on the right. The small bedroom is outfitted with a gamer chair, filing cabinet and paper shredder. The master bedroom has a large dresser for clothes. Guest access The living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, small bedroom, master bedroom and spare lot are all available for guest use. The property’s sunroom is currently being remodeled and unavailable.
