Mengarth in Probus - Beautiful Garden & Hot Tub

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The property is the entire ground floor of the house and is self contained. It has its own private entrance. We have a hot tub and a private sunbathing area. We have a beautiful garden with plenty of wildlife And the adjacent field has a number of horses The bottom pond often has ducks visiting! The space The property includes a Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room, a double bedroom a twin room that can be set up as a second double if requested. There is also a wet room with shower, sink and loo. Doors in the lounge lead on to the balcony, with beautiful views of the garden. The balcony has a patio set the bbq and the ash bucket. Guest access Guests should access the flat via the stairs on the RHS of the property. At the bottom of the stairs you will find the Key safe. The code is sent shortly before arrival.. Enter the code and turn the knob. Guests have complete use of the flat and balcony. They are also free to use the garden. If you have a dog then it should be kept under control, and on a lead if the ducks are in the pond. Guests are free to use the hot tub which is found in the pool house. The hot tub is prepared fresh each changeover and I check the pH level every day. We have provided towels in the pool room for use with the hot tub, if used, please leave in the bathroom at the end of your stay. If the hot tub is used, please leave it how you find it, ie tidy! Please do not change any of the settings on the hot tub controller Other things to note Use of the BBQ is included. It is charcoal. We will provide a bag of charcoal at the start of each stay. If more is needed, that is the guest’s responsibility. Hot coals should be left to cool and then tipped into the bucket. Hot coals should never be tipped into the bin! Please leave the BBQ as you find it! We have provided a spreadsheet of our recommendations of restaurants, pubs etc., which we like to visit! We hope you will too!
