Secluded open-plan studio, ideal for two people with full fitted kitchen. Sea views and amazing sunsets can be enjoyed on the outside decking. A short drive from two of Cornwall's beautiful beaches Watergate Bay & Mawgan Porth. The Studio is set in an acre of land, surrounded by beautiful farm land, close to Newquay airport. Attractions such as the historic St Mawgan Village and Bedruthan Steps are minutes away. Newquay, Padstow and Truro are a short drive. We look forward to hosting you! The space Ideal for two people. The open-plan studio is spacious with an en suite bathroom and modern, fully equipped galley kitchen. Including everything you would expect including gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge. We can provide additional items; floor mattress for a third guest, iron and ironing boards, vacuum etc on request. There is an outside decking area perfect for dining outside and taking tin the surrounding rural views and sunsets. Guest access You have access to your own decking and are welcome to enjoy the garden area next to the decking. Other things to note As we are close to Newquay airport so you do hear the occasional plane take off or land. Many are propeller planes and most guests hardly notice. We live next door to The Studio in a converted old farm house with our two young children and friendly French Bulldog.
