This is my mothers ( Pats) old place, where you will enjoy high ceilings, comfy sofas and an abundance of art on the walls . Plenty of storage for bike or surfboards too ....It has parking and good wifi The space Pats place is a great location for both the beach and town with parking , good Wi-Fi , and large spacious rooms . It is well equipped for long and short stays and just has a warm and comfy feel whatever the season brings. Guest access Guests have access to all areas. As this property has two bedrooms one bedroom will be locked when booked for two people . If you have more guests staying please book through our other listing or just drop us a message Other things to note The property access is with a lock box so you don't need us present when you arrive. We generally try and pop down to say hello at some point and are always contactable should there be any issues.
