Much loved house near St Ives, pool, EV, hot tub

Easy reach of Carbis Bay and St Ives’ famous countryside and coast. Spacious 3 bed, 2.5 bathrooms, house, leisure club with indoor swimming pools and gym membership. Enjoy al fresco dining in the summer and snuggle up by our cosy log burner in the winter. Hot tub is included in summer, but Nov-end January £150 extra fee per booking. Centrally located and great places to visit including St Ives, Carbis Bay, Gwithian, Lands End, Penzance and Falmouth, St Michael’s Mount, Sculpture gardens etc. The space The ground floor has a cloakroom and a large open plan lounge/ kitchen/ dining room. Upstairs there is a family bathroom with separate bath and shower, the master bedroom has a super king bed , tv and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 can be made up as a king size bed or twin beds . Bedroom 3 can be made up as a super king bed or 3ft twin beds. Outside there is a patio with dining table and chairs and a grassed area. Adjacent to the patio is a dedicated seasonal hot tub. Especially good under a starry sky. Leisure club run by separate company so opening hours can change, excellent value as membership is included in price of your stay. Guest access All of the house except an owners room which is kept locked and only used when the owners stay in the property (not during your stay) Other things to note Please note this property has a non-smoking policy. Guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere on the premises. Please also note that the layout is open plan and all bedrooms are on the first floor and use the same central stairway. If guests have limited mobility they should check before booking as they may not be able to exit safely from the upstairs in the unlikely event of a fire. BBQs are not allowed but there is a communal fire pit. Well behaved dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on the ground floor only in the house . They must be kept on a lead at all times on the Estate and you are responsible for cleaning up all dog mess, and placing poo bags in the large waste bins on the main Estate Road. The leisure facilities are communal but hot tub is for our house only. electric vehicles can be charged using the EV connector on the side of the house (50p per unit). (Download the Monta ap). Use of the connections in the house to charge a vehicle is prohibited. Candles and storage of electric bikes in the property not allowed. Bed linen included. There is a bath towel and pool towel for each guest provided but we ask you to please bring your own beach towels as these are not supplied. Hand towels for bathrooms and tea towel also included. Please note that the headcount is a maximum of 6 guests. This is for safety and insurance reasons. This total includes adults and children.
