With the added perk of a full sized washer and dryer in home. Upstairs, the open loft serves as the bedroom area, complete with a queen bed and a desk where you can catch up on work or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a view. Outdoor Space Outside, the property stretches across 40 acres, giving you plenty of room to breathe. Grill up some of your favorite BBQ and enjoy it in the great outdoors with a view! You’ll likely spot free-range cattle grazing in the distance and may be lucky enough to encounter Colorado wildlife such as Canadian geese, antelope, and more.
