You will find a 2-seater sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), a dining table, as well as a TV. - Furnished kitchen: The modern kitchenette has everything you need: stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Bathroom: Renovated and functional bathroom, with sink, shower, toilet, and storage space. Outdoors: The balcony will allow you to enjoy your meals in complete tranquility, facing the mountain. A small wooded park and a communal barbecue are available in the residence. Parking: Parking is free, at the bottom of the residence. Other amenities: Wi-Fi, heating, fan, bed linen and towels are provided. This studio is located in a quiet residence, close to shops, hiking trails, ski slopes and all the amenities of downtown Font-Romeu. Guest access Self check-in via a secure lockbox. The listing is located on the second floor without an elevator. It is located less than a 5-minute drive from downtown Font-Romeu (underground parking available, 1 hour free) and less than a 20-minute walk to: convenience stores, bakery, restaurant, and equipment rental, all easily accessible. In winter: a free "SkiBus" shuttle runs between the Gendarmerie stop (a short walk from the studio) and the cable cars in the city center, with a frequency of about 15 to 20 minutes, facilitating access to the slopes without a car. CREPS Font-Romeu: The studio is ideally located, just a 5-minute drive from the CREPS. Other things to note Sheets and two towels per person are provided for your convenience.
