Parking for 2 cars, courtyard with dining table and brazier, and air conditioning for summer days. The space - Living room: You will be seduced by the spacious and bright living room, with a wide glass gable that offers breathtaking views of the village. This friendly space includes a large dining table for up to 10 people, perfect for dinners for families or groups of friends. The adjoining living room is also generous, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to relax after a day of adventures. Air conditioning was installed in this large room - Bedrooms: The barn has two comfortable bedrooms (1 bed in 160 and 1 bed in 140) as well as a spacious dorm with four single beds, perfect for children or friends. A mezzanine bed ( in 140) overlooks the living room, adding a unique touch to the space. This room is closed by a wooden claustras but not totally enclosed on the living room. - Bathrooms: You will find two modern bathrooms, each equipped with toilet, offering comfort and privacy to all guests. - Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. What's nearby: - Activities: The resort of Peyragudes is only a 10 minute drive away, offering ski slopes in winter and plenty of activities in summer. The village of Loudenvielle is 5 minutes away, with its charming shops and restaurants. The balnea thermoludic center in Loudenvielle will allow you to relax after an active day.
