You can even do a wedding, anniversary or a birthday party with the amazing ocean view. - The house has 7 bedrooms with 21 beds, accommodating up to sleep 32 guests. (Note: Additional $25 charges per day apply for each party guest if beyond 32 guests, none sleeping guest) -There are 6 full bathrooms with soap and towels provided. - -Party Rules: Moderated party is ok, Wild party not allow. There is already indoor table and chairs, up to 32 people for your use indoor party only. There is 4 white plastic table and 32 plastic chairs provided for your outdoor party use. You are welcome to bring in any party decoration and catering. ( You Must Clean Up and put table and chair back in the storage, all trash should be picking up and no glass bottle anywhere on the property) - Quiet hour are from 10 pm to 8 am, no loud music outdoors at all time. Moderated music can be played in the downstairs party house. And please respect our neighbor! - Ample parking for up to 25 cars inside the fenced property; street parking is not allowed. - For safety reasons, especially the swimming pool, white sand area and the playground area. no glass beer bottles are permitted during your stay, plastic or can is ok; a $2000 fine may apply for violations. (Please help protecting our children) - 4 Life vests and floatation devices are available for children's safety near the pool and ocean. (Please be super cautious with all children around pool and ocean area) There is a boat ramp on the property if you want to bring your own boat or jet ski, but no boat dock yet. Be careful and play at your own risk. Guest access Guest can access the whole entire 3 houses and all exterior amenities. Elevator and garage are prohibited for your safety.
