The space We offer you a cozy and comfortable accommodation with excellent service. We are only 9 blocks from downtown Zacatlán, with spaces such as Lumbrera, a rest space always thinking about the tranquility, rest and coexistence of the guests. The apartment accommodates 10 guests. In a VERY LARGE SPACE there are 2 double beds, a living room, a dining room and 1 full bathroom WITH HOT WATER. This space will be given if there are 1 to 4 people and IT IS PRIVATE. In another large space there are 2 double beds and 1 single with a full bathroom with hot water and in another space there is the kitchen with the basics to prepare simple food. Does not include a stove oven. It's an apartment that has been very popular. It's spacious, comfortable and beautiful! In the back there is a garden and a skylight with hanging chairs that is used by schedules, if you wish to use it you must see at Reception Availability of schedule for its use. If the apartment is reserved for a minimum of 4 people, they will be given half a private apartment with a door. BOOKING FOR MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE WILL GIVE YOU THE ENTIRE APARTMENT! Breakfast is not included. There are exclusive smoking areas. WE ACCEPT PETS. Small pets cost an extra $50, Medium $70 per night. We ask that you take responsibility for any DAMAGES that they may cause. There is car parking at the Hostel but if it is full there is a Pension almost next door and you will only pay $40 per Car/Night. THANK YOU for your understanding Guest access Each apartment has a private bathroom with hot water, the spaces are independent, the only thing that guests on the first level share is the garden/patio, the fireplace to make a campfire, since it is a space with comfortable swings for you to live comfortably and enjoy the campfire as a group. Only on dates of Magnos events are there more shared spaces, please ask. We have basic services: free wifi, free and paid parking, hot water 24 hours, Palapa with schedules, firewood and charcoal at extra cost. THANK YOU During your stay We have a Manual that will help guide you, get to know the facilities, the tourist places to visit, Restaurants and food delivery, Agenda, etc. A person will receive you and will be available throughout your stay. Our rooms have privacy and although there are common areas, Guests will not have Interaction with other people in their Stay at the Lumbrera, Garden, etc. It is by Schedule, please ask for Availability upon arrival at the Accommodation. If you have more than one car, we have another space as a guesthouse with a small extra cost. The Garage service at the Lodging is free and can accommodate three cars. If it is full, there is another option to store your car next to the Establishment, a safe place with an extra cost of $35.00 per night.
