Open Concept, Character Home. Right Downtown.

Welcome! My house is an open concept character loft, with some pretty neat woodwork. A great location for visiting the downtown St. John’s area. Just off Duckworth, near the Battery, Bannerman Park, an excellent gelato shop (The Parlour), and a great new brewery (Bannerman Brewing). Nice beds, quality cotton linens, all the cookware you need, kitchen staples, high speed internet, Bluetooth speaker, comfy couch, TV (w/ apple TV), clawfoot tub, and a variety of coffee making options. The space The house itself has tons of character with three open floors. Ideal for a single person, a couple, or small family, etc. While children are fine, and the downstairs room would be perfect, I have to recommend against very young children staying here. The stairs in the house are open and are not safe for small children (as can be seen in the listing pictures). The house is furnished with quality stuff, so guests should be able to have a comfortable stay. Guests can control the heat themselves with ease. Please view the listing pictures, while the house has two bedrooms they are separated by floors, not doors. The main floor is the kitchen and living room area, downstairs is a spare bedroom, upstairs is the master bedroom and bathroom. Guest access You have the run of the whole house.
