My space has a great location, in a quiet street, market 40 meters away, access to Mariscal beach 200 meters, with lifeguard station, and 800 meters from Canto Grande beach, beach that has no waves, excellent for small children and water sports. The apartment has the advantage of having a private garden and deck, and individual access to a garage, great for receiving children and pets. Everyone will be very welcome here! The space The space is very pleasant. The living rooms and kitchen are connected and functional, and give access to a deck in the outdoor garden. The deck gets plenty of morning sun, and part of it is shaded by a tree. The service area is very large and separate. It has a suite with double bed, and a bedroom with 2 single beds and an extra mattress. (through conversation it is possible to get + 1 extra mattress). Guest access The apt has pedestrian access through the building hall, and because it is on the ground floor, it also has individualized vehicle access directly from the street. Other things to note The building is in a very quiet, paved street with shops and restaurants nearby. Access to the nearest beach has a lifeguard station. We own the whole building, besides this property we have 4 more apartments of 3 bedrooms each in the same building. We leave the mattresses and pillows, but it is necessary to bring linens!
