It features two bedrooms: Master bedroom with 1 King bed and 2 Twin beds (one trundle-style) Second bedroom with 1 Queen bed The open kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is spacious, with A/C and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Includes 2 full bathrooms, A/C throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. The building offers a pool, direct beach access with private cabanas, parking for 1 car, a full backup power generator, a reserve water tank, and an on-site concierge to assist during your stay. Perfect for couples or families looking to unwind by the sea with all the comforts of home. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment and all shared areas of the building. No additional visitors or outside guests are allowed in social areas. This is a quiet residential building with only 24 units, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There is also an on-site janitor available to assist you during your stay. Speakers and music are allowed, but must be kept at a moderate volume. Alcoholic drinks are allowed at the pool and beach, but only in lidded, non-glass containers. Other things to note To help us maintain a smooth operation and provide the best possible experience, please consider the following optional fees: 🕙 Early Check-In (from 10:00 AM): $25 USD 🕔 Late Check-Out (until 5:00 PM): $25 USD 🍖 BBQ Use Fee: $25 USD (covers cleaning and propane) 🐾 Pet Fee: $25 USD per stay — maximum of 1 small or medium-sized pet allowed (well-behaved, must relieve itself outside, and not allowed on furniture or beds). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability unless booked in advance. To guarantee these times, the corresponding fee must be paid in advance so we can block the calendar. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. No outside visitors or parties are allowed. This is a quiet, residential building. A relaxed atmosphere is expected — no loud music. Bathroom towels are provided and must stay inside the apartment. Guests should bring their own beach or pool towels. There is a live-in janitor (Ezequiel) who can assist if needed (Spanish-speaking only). The building has a backup generator and water reserve for added comfort.
