2nd Home Zoshigaya This room was renovated at the end of 2024. I created this space with the idea, "I want you to travel like you live in Tokyo". Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Zoshigaya station. You can get to Zoshigaya station in 6 minutes from Shinjuku, 2 minutes from Ikebukuro, and 13 minutes from Shibuya. You can rent two adjacent rooms (total 46 ㎡) together. Each room has a toilet, bathroom, and kitchen. We've designed our compact rooms to be comfortable. Important The room is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. You will need to climb stairs. Please check the photos for more details. This is an old apartment. You may experience sound leakage, lack of insulation, odors, and pest control sounds. ・ There is construction and factory machinery noise nearby during the day. There is no problem at night. Please sort your trash as described in the trash can. 5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. 6. We do not accept early check-in or late check-out.We will let you know if the room is ready as soon as possible. 9.
