The home boasts 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom insuring complete privacy and comfort for every guest. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals while over-looking the water. The house offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean, and features expansive windows and open concept living and dinning areas seamlessly flowing into the large outdoor deck, ideal for relaxing, dinning al fresco or simply taking in the sunset over the pacific. The garden has tanning beds with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Other things to note The house is 1 minute away from the beautiful Playa Ejecutiva via golf cart or with an easy 5 minute walk. Other beaches around the island include Playa Cacique, Playa Larga, among others. Farley, the administrator, is available for any maintenance or questions you may have during your stay. He also provides rides to and from the airport/Ferry upon arrival and departure after your stay. There are a few nearby restaurants such as Casa Tortuga (Italian), Geralds or Pimienta y Sal. Nearby markets are a 5 minute ride where you can find essentials. Contadora Island can be reached via private plane (20 minutes from Albrook Airport), or a 1h30 ferry ride leaving daily For parties larger than 8 people, a 2 bedroom guest house (sleeps 4 comfortably) adjoined can be rented for an additional fee, pending availability. Additional: Daily maid/cooking service available for an additional fee ($50 per day). Optional vintage golf cart rental available for $60 per day, gas included, pending availability. Nearby island tours and/or fishing trips can be arranged for an additional fee.
