The space ✨ About the property 🏡 A 100 m² house located on a hill, about 30 m from the main road. 🚗 Access is available, but it’s not recommended to drive sedans up to the house; the road is safer for 4x4 vehicles. 🚙 Parking (all outdoors, no covered spaces): Behind the house: space for up to 4 four-wheel drive vehicles At the entrance of the property: space for up to 2 sedans 🌿 Surroundings No nearby neighbors, offering plenty of privacy A beautiful, crystal-clear creek runs alongside the property On the other side, there’s a fenced farm Guests are free to explore the surrounding area of the house 🛏️ Bedrooms & beds Currently available: 1 bedroom with a queen bed 1 bedroom with two twin beds The third bedroom is kept closed with the owner’s personal belongings It can be opened upon request for an additional $30 per night ☕ Extras included Complimentary coffee and sugar 1 large bottle of drinking water upon arrival Guests are advised to bring additional drinking water for their stay Guest access Guests have full access to the house and the surrounding finca. The property extends toward the back; while it’s a large area, we recommend not going too far. You are welcome to enjoy the beautiful crystal-clear creek right next to the house. 🚗 Vehicle access: the road up to the house is not recommended for sedans (we plan to pave it in the future). Unless you’re driving a 4x4, we suggest parking at the entrance of the property and walking up—it's only about 30 meters (1–3 minutes on foot). 🔑 Self check-in: the key box is located right next to the side door by the terrace. Other things to note “The property has an outdoor security camera located above the front door, which only records access to the accommodation. This is for the safety and peace of mind of our guests. There are no cameras inside or in private spaces.”
