Guest access *Entire home (The Half Timbered Cottage) except locked closets that are owner supplies, and any other locked buildings. *Access does not include The Fox Den or the Lichen Manor - These are private and are rented out as well. *Any areas blocked or with signs, do not go past. It is for your safety. *Pond is not for use - this includes any pets. No swimming in the pond. No exceptions. Other things to note You may only bring children to this property after signing a "Waiver of Responsibility", which states that you assume full responsibility for their safety during your stay. This includes anyone under the age of 18 years old. This property sits on 20 acres and has a pond. The pond is not for swimming and not for pets. Please abide by the signs! They are for safety and caution. There are some areas that are not accessible yet, or do not pertain to the Half Timbered Cottage.
