The driveway will be reduced to a single lane. The parking lot is available as usual. Please pay attention to safety and reserve time when entering and exiting. ⚠️ The living room has air conditioning (cooling and heating), but the bedroom does not have air conditioning.There are no separate heaters available. We have one bath towel for one person and 1-2 hand towels per bathroom.If additional face towel or bath towel is required, additional $10 AUD/piece is required. Regarding building utilities: As per management regulations, the facility is only open to tenants for a minimum of 3 months.Also, booking use needs to be booked 7 days in advance. No party rules and quiet time Our property is not suitable for parties or events.Please observe our neighborhood quiet hour after 10pm.Neighbors will contact me, our local security patrol or police if there is too much noise after 10pm. Last minute bookings Usually we need at least one day to arrange the cleaning and inform the cleaning staff of special check in requirements.If you book the same day, we cannot guarantee that you can check in at 15:00.But we will try our best to accommodate your request, please send us a message before booking at the last minute to let us know your estimated arrival time! Early check-in requests are different from hotels, we do not have on-site cleaning, and our cleaners usually schedule work plans the day before check-in.We have a standard check in time of 3pm to make sure our cleaners have enough time to prepare a tidy residence for your check in!If you need an early check-in, please contact me at least one day in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request!Unfortunately, we can't guarantee an early check in request on the day you check in, thank you for your understanding in advance! Late check-out requests We understand that sometimes you will enjoy staying here a little longer!However, sometimes our customers will check in the day you check out, unlike the hotel, we don't have a spare room for them to use!So all requests for late check out should be made at least a day before your departure to ensure our cleaning crew has enough time to get the job done!If you need to check out after 12 noon, there will be an additional half-day rate charged via Airbnb and payment must be made prior to the night of your departure to be approved.Late check out requests on the day of your departure will not be accommodated.No confirmation of late check out, our cleaning crew will start work at 10am and they will have access to our property for housekeeping. Extra linen will incur an additional cost of AUD50.(Please confirm at least one day before check-in.) Rebooking will be determined based on availability and new daily rates.The new daily rate may differ from the original booking price.The guest will need to pay the rebooking price, which may include a higher rate. A new check-in date must be within the next 90 days, depending on availability.Please contact us to confirm the availability of your calendar. Please bring the property key and key fob at any time.Lost keys/emergency key delivery fee will be AUD 180.The emergency locksmith will be borne by the guest, starting from $180 AUD. Please ensure that the apartment is left in a tidy condition when you check out.Guests will be responsible for any damages or damage incurred during their stay and any additional cleaning costs required beyond the standard cleaning. Due to differences in allergies of each person, and for food safety reasons, this accommodation does not provide any inletable food, including seasonings such as milk, coffee, rice, oil, salt, etc., please bring your own. The house is equipped with an oven, please clean it after each use to avoid stains or odors, otherwise an extra cleaning fee may be charged.
