This home has been recently remodeled, offering a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space surrounded by nature. The property has many 100~200 year old White Oak trees, along with maple and cedar trees that create a beautiful natural landscape throughout the seasons. The base price covers up to 6 guests. Each additional guest is $20. Guest access -Your main parking space is in front of the house at 3373. -You may also use Parking Areas 1 -No garage access Other things to note House Rules 1. Please take off your shoes when inside the home. 2. Smoking or using any drugs (including hallucinogens) is strictly prohibited indoors. 3. Cooking sauces are not provided. Please bring your own and be sure to take them with you when you leave. 4. No eating or drinking is allowed in the bedrooms. 5. No pets allowed, except for groups attending dog shows with professionally managed dogs. 6. Please pour any leftover drinks into the sink and throw only empty cans or bottles into the trash can. 7. Children must be supervised at all times to avoid accidents on the beds. An extra cleaning fee will apply for bed wetting. 8. Please report any damage or broken items. 9. Please respect the maximum number of guests. If you wish to have extra guests, please get the host’s approval in advance. 10. Use the black towels provided for makeup or stains. Please do not use white towels for this purpose. 11. We charge only a minimal cleaning fee, so we kindly ask that you help us keep the house tidy. 12. For your safety, please avoid entering the forest, as there may be ticks checkout instructions 1. Please wash any dishes and clean the kitchen items you used. 2. Place all used towels in a pile on the floor. 3. Remove pillowcases, and leave the duvet (comforter) on the bed. Place the flat sheet and fitted sheet on the floor. 4. Please turn down the air conditioning and heating. 5. Take all trash outside and place it near the house or trash can. Thank you :)
