Located on 2 acres of waterfront on Lake Guntersville in Scottsboro, AL. Steps from the lake, it’s a paradise for fishing, golf, and watersport lovers. Ideal for recreational and tournament anglers. Originally built for our large family, it comfortably sleeps 12. Just five minutes from dining, shopping. Explore the many State Parks and a National Reserve nearby. The space 5 Bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. Approximately 2600 SqFt. Two King bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 and 1/2 baths. A huge kitchen, living and dining space. Large 16 x 18 porch with views of the lake. Plus a washer and dryer. Upstairs there are 3 Queen bedrooms. One with a Kids cot and another with a Queen bed + bunk beds. Guest access This is a completely private rental, their are no owners in or on the property. It is a waterfront property with a boathouse. (Boathouse is not available for use at this time). Dock is available to use at your own risk. Other things to note House is on the water. Fire pit, hammock, and outdoor grill. Kayak and Paddle board available. Life Jackets are required for all boating/kayak/paddle board activities.
