Welcome to our remarkable property, perched above the banks of the Rock River, featuring one of the most scenic views in Northern Illinois. Unwind at the bar top, or head out for fishing, canoeing, and sunsets. Step outside, onto one of the two observation decks, or from the comfort of our Riverview Suite- added in 2024 to highlight a panoramic view of the river, as it makes its unlikely bend to the north. The space •Main level: 3 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- plus a fully equipped laundry room for your convenience. •Second Floor: spacious living area with a pull-out sofa, plus an additional private living space with a second pull-out sofa. 1 full bathroom, stocked with all of your essentials. •Third Floor Loft: cozy nook with 2 twin beds, perfect for kids or friends. •Kitchen & Dining: large eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need for home-cooked meals. A formal dining space is located on the second floor. •Outdoor space: step outside onto the observation decks, complete with a propane grill, seating area, and bar top. Garage: Guests have access to a single parking space inside the garage, along with a refrigerator, drink cooler, and ice maker for your convenience, during your stay. Other things to note Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please message us in advance if you would like to bring your pet- we will do our best to accommodate.
