With Mont Blanc views & a private riverside garden, Kizan is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Chamonix. Tucked away in a quiet, serene setting, this chalet offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience—set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Mont Blanc Massif and bordered by River Arve. The space The Space Our modern, standalone 2-bedroom chalet is newly renovated with high-end finishes and thoughtful amenities throughout. The open-plan living area features a cozy suspended fireplace and a bar-style dining table, perfect for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens into the living space, keeping the vibe social and easy-going. Sleeping Arrangements • Ground Floor: A cozy bedroom with a 160x200 bed, storage area for clothes. Bathroom next to the kitchen • First Floor: A master ensuite bedroom with balcony access and stunning views, own private shower and storage space. Tatami Room: Your Wellness Corner Located on the first floor, the bright tatami room offers panoramic Mont Blanc views and a tranquil space to unwind. Whether you're practicing yoga, stretching, meditating, or simply reading a book in the quiet, this serene corner of the chalet is designed for your well-being. Direct access to the balcony lets you soak in the alpine air while you recharge. Outdoor Living The expansive garden invites you to slow down and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The nearby River Arve brings a cooling breeze on warmer days (note: no swimming in the river due to very strong currents).
