The space The Space Two generous living areas give everyone room to breathe. The original front living room is centred around a beautiful stone fireplace, perfect for cosy winter evenings. While the architecturally designed rear extension opens through floor-to-ceiling glass walls to the alfresco deck and pool beyond. The two spaces have completely different personalities, and guests love having both. The kitchen is a showstopper: a long marble island, high-end appliances, double fridge, and a garden outlook that makes cooking feel like a pleasure. It flows seamlessly into a large dining area that comfortably seats the whole group. Sleeping Five bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests comfortably across a mix of king, queen, double, twin and bunk configurations. Ideal for families travelling together. Outside The rear garden is a private oasis with a large swimming pool, glass fencing, alfresco dining deck, kids' playground and a separate lounge area. It's a place guests genuinely don't want to leave. The Location Tucked in a quiet street in Como, you're minutes from the Swan River, local cafes, and easy access into the Perth CBD. Guest access Self check in with secure key access on-site, giving you access to the whole house (not shared). The whole house is yours, except access to the rear games room and front store. Other things to note All guests are required to read and adhere to the house rules. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay.
